ABOUT US

This historical health science library was established in 2018 with the donation of a sizable collection of health science books. Our growing collection has over 5000 books and Scientific Journals ranging from 1872-2013. These books will help support educational pursuits for many lower income individuals free of charge and preserve a historical collection of medical books. Our organization wants to preserve the medical legacy of Minnesota which has the sixth oldest state health department, and world renown centers such as the Mayo Clinic. In addition to preserving the historical knowledge of Minnesota, our organization aims to extend the availability of health sciences knowledge to lower income youth and residents of color.
